I still need some Delias wilemani and Delias lativitta formosana specimens for my research. I am helping Dr. Maurizio Bollino (author of Butterflies and Moths of Ecuador) to write a scientific book about the genus Delias. We need specimens with full data to outline geographic maps of the different subspecies and variations of these species. Your help would be highly useful! We can exchange butterflies with you or even buy the specimens. I hope other Taiwanese people will help us.
I know that one of my former post was misinterpreted by some members of this interesting forum. I am very sorry about that. Dr. Bollino and me are both devoted entomologists, our goals is like yours to study butterflies and discover their world. We are both activists of the butterfly protection in Europe and South America and we will of course send all our works to Taiwanese authorities and universities to help them protect Delias species in your wonderful country.
